You've got fatter, it's that simple. Working your chest wont remove fat from your that area.
-
Just don't isolate your bi's and tri's. You'll still need to train chest, shoulders and back though
-
Why change? I haven't heard good things about the taste.
-
Roughly what's your bodyfat%?
-
Your cals are way too low. Adjust to 1800 at least i'd say.
-
What's your goal? Losing fat or building muscle? If you want bigger arms eat more and lift some weights. If you just want to stop them wobbling then lose some weight.
-
It gets easier. You just need to wait for your body to adapt. In the mean time coffee helps with hunger pangs.

Do people have more than 2 pieces of fruit a day anyway?
-
They help you lose water, not fat. So it basically tricks you into thinking your progressing.
-
Losing weight is the only solution.

Freeze them. Then put them in the food processor with a little milk and you get banana ice cream. You have to eat it straight away though.
-
Lose weight, simple as.
-
Could you tell if it was your heart or chest muscles?
-
Why do you want to cut down?
-
Agreed. Kids grow at such a fast rate they need lots of calories. If you're replacing their packet of crisps and chocolate bar in their lunch box you're going to have to find 400cals from somewhere else. Carrot sticks wont quite cut it. Look for good fat sources to give them. Cubes of cheese are good, nuts(if kids are…

How will that help keep the cals down?
-
Just make sure you get your 1g protein per 1lb in body weight, and you can split the rest of your cals as you wish between fat and carbs.
-
Going over your fat is fine as long as you stay in your calorie limit.
-
Just factor these things into your diet. If you always have a cooked breakfast on a friday then base the rest of the day around that. Office cakes and samples you could try going cold turkey. If eating them isnt an option for you then you dont have to feel torn over do i, dont i.

I just use my scales for logging trends rather than taking it's reading as gospel.
-
They're probably pretty similar.
-
Do you mean low calorie?
-
I find after a couple of weeks on lower cal you get used to or dont really notice hunger pangs anymore, so just stick with it. If you regularly go over at the weekend but find it easier to stick with it in the week then why not cut your week day cals by 200 a day and save up 1000 extra for the weekend? Also coffee is your…

I'd just have a delayed dinner. If i got to a week night football match i'll have lunch around 2.30 and dinner at 11.

The bar shouldn't be across your neck, should be a good 2/3 of inches lower.
-
I've never heard of someone being too tall to squat, is there any theory behind why? Also why would squats effect your neck?
-
You could try a couple of week on maintenance calories then dial them back again after.
-
I find when i use them my joints feel better. I don't use it all the time due to the cost.

Depends if you're talking about supplements or drugs.
