I had to stop doing the SHRED due to knee pain! I am doing Bob Harpers Cardio impact instead, with shoes, and so far no knee problems.

What type of food are you eating? Lots of veggies, lean protein and fruits? Lots of water? If so, then I would look at keeping your calorie intake the same and lowering the amount you eat back from workouts and see if that helps.

I have read from a lot of different articles that you shouldn't "snack" after say 8 pm. I might try not eating after 7 pm and see what that does. Well, you really need to just see what your body needs. EVERYONE is different, and EVERYONE has a different opinion on eating back calories. I say start by eating them back. If you are not losing a half pound or more a week, decrease the amount of cals you eat back, to maybe half. And then see where you are at with weight…
