I'm on week 4 - and generally haven't seen many pounds lost at all... I don't get on the scales nearly half as much as I used to at the start. However I have lost 3 inches from my waist and 3 inches from my bust... This is much more encouraging for me than the scale.. so get your tape measure out! :)

After exactly a week of tracking and not seeing much improvement on the scale - I decided (3 weeks earlier than planned) to see if my measurements had moved.. 1 inch on waist 1 inch on chest/bust area YAY! :)

so do you do this at home? haha I'm all a bit bewildered by the idea of strength training... like is it just the weight stuff at the gym?!?! haha
