  • As I recall, WW does count fruit, although it is only 1 or 2 pts, depending on the fruit. Veggies are the rare ones that don't count, and even then some do.   • I weigh myself daily, but its only to keep me in check. I log my weight once a week and I take my measurements once a month. It's important you find what works for you though.
