I am right there with ya. The gym is no problem its the eating! I'd be happy to keep you motivated on what we should eat instead of what we want to eat.

Over on Fat. If you go over on carbs just be active for 10 or 20min and you will burn off all that sugar that carbs turn into. Straight fat is a lot harder to burn off. At least the sugar gives you energy. If you are gonna go over try to go over right before a workout.

Try drinking a full glass of water before each meal and increasing your fiber for meals. Both of these will help keep you feeling full , without actually eating more!
