What's worse? Over on Carbs or over on Fat?

Just curious on your thoughts and any accredited expertise in this question that I have. Thanks guys! :)

    really depends on the type of carb and fat one is consuming.
  • Over on Fat. If you go over on carbs just be active for 10 or 20min and you will burn off all that sugar that carbs turn into. Straight fat is a lot harder to burn off. At least the sugar gives you energy. If you are gonna go over try to go over right before a workout.

    I say carbs. But, then again, my body seems to like fat better. I try not to stress either way. As long as my overall intake for the day looks good and the scales are still going down...

    Being over on fat due to healthy fats from nuts/seeds or many other foods is much better than being over on Carbs due to simple carbs (white flour, sugar, etc.) It is not as black and white as better or not.

    It also depends on your setting. If you are set at 60% carbs and 15% fat I would say it is much better to be over on fat as the total fat is pretty low. But if your fat is set at 35% and carbs at 45% I would say being over on carbs is better.
