Thank you! I will have to browse around and see if I can find some of those pics for motivation. Not losing lbs was discouraging at first, but then I thought about it and realized I would rather be at the size I am aiming for than the weight I am aiming for.

I learned I ate more than enough calories on an average day for a full grown man trying to bulk up! Food food food......making better choices now and learning how to make them taste just as good!

I think to most people it does matter. To some, not so much. I prefer a man taller and weighing more than me because it makes me feel more protected. I would feel weird if I was bigger in any way. Like if something happened I would have the step up and be the man because I would have to protect him.

Everyone I know that has cut down on carbs and upped their protein has lost weight. Quite a bit slower without added exercise, but still have weight loss. Of course, you still want carbs, just the good ones. You might be eating the right amount of protein already. :wink:
