I love spin classes! My favorite type of spin class is called and spin and pump...we do reps of squats...sit ups..walking lunges...resistance bands..ect in between the spinning circuits....if you weigh around 150lbs my average spin class burns about 600. In just a straight spin class that was an hour we did 650 calories..

I love diet Pepsi but my friends pretty much gave me an intervetion for the stuff when they found about all the health issues that can come from aspertane...so that scared me a little and the fact that the aspertane can apprently make your fat cells last longer...not sure how trustworthy the info was....but it was enough…

Ok so basically I should try and get to the goal they set for me...I was so full tho from what I ate I always thought the rule eat until your full espeically since im eating healthy would kind of apply?? Im trying to slim down, I do more cardio then anything else..Im trying to eat all thats required in the goal for the day…
