I'd like to see how this works for you, i haven't seen any change in about a month and it's the same thing, i'm eating well, exercising 6 days a week and eating back most of my workout calories. It's very frustrating! Good luck, i'll be watching for updates!.

I noticed it more when I ran on the treadmill, when I do aerobics or pilates I don't get bruising. I wonder if it isn't from the impact when running?

That looks really good! I make mine on a tortilla shell, coat with olive oil bake in the oven for a few minutes until it's golden, than i put all my toppings and just broil it to melt the cheese. I get to eat the whole thing and it's just under 500 calories!

I agree with you as well, we are our own worst enemies. It's when you come to that point in your life that you are able to lose the weight and it's not a battle but an achievable challenge! That's where i'm at and it's a great place to be!

I had a couple of those days last week and it's hard. I actually had one of my kids Fruit Roll Ups, it was only 50 calories but man did it ever hit the spot!

I love this recipe, it's so easy and so tasty. It only has 261 calories for one serving. I had mine with spaghetti squash, there's only 42 calories in 1 cup. I have always sweat but never alot, I used to get the same overheated feeling and red face but since i've been working out more and harder I suddenly sweat alot more and don't have the same overheated feeling.
