These are a GREAT healthy baked swap. I just modified what I learned working at Fridays into something reasonable! The best part is- they are still delicious! I even added a little broccoli to bump up the nutrients and sneak the kids some extra veggies.

    I put this into the Recipe maker to see.. Based on 4 servings using these ingredients

    Potato - Medium Baked Potato, 4 medium
    Steamfresh - Broccoli, 1 cup
    Kraft - Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1 Cup (28g)
    Oscar Mayer - Bacon - Real Bacon Bits - Ready to Serve, 4 Tablespoon
    Becel - Topping and Cooking Spray, 5 sprays

  • I tried these today but instead of the broccoli I used about a tbsp chopped green onion and 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach for one med potato was really yummy :o)

    I used to get the baked potato with broccoli and cheese at Arby's when I did Weight Watchers.

    I will have to try that with potato skins for a healthier option.

    This sounds AWESOME. We went out for dinner last night and I may/may not have eaten more than my daily calorie intake in just skins... Now, I need to get these in place of those!

    If you get them good and crisp in the oven, they are totally worth making! Tastes just less the restaurant less the grease!
