I am only for support and to give support. And am horrified to be the same the same gender as these sexist people, ogling these poor men like they are some cheap piece of meat. I definitely did not zoom in on pics of shirtless men in this thread.

All of these, signed up and the workout system isn't half as good as dvds (just not motivating) also all the info nutrition and fitness err hello what these for forum's and google are for.

Because for me they help my butt, all of the muscles in my legs and when I do weights which I am slowly adding my arms. They do this pretty much better than almost any other exercise I do.

Whey protein I use natural and as a veggie too. I doubled checked with the sales person that it was veggie.

defintely true, I'm rather be strong and like a rockstar. then overwight and weak. but I know what you mean I dont know what my body will look like when Im at goal weight but im also thinking it cant be worse than what looks back in the mirror now right

this is something im concerned about as well, weight lost all in good places tummy, waist,hips, bum but almost nothing off the thighs. i don't want chunky monkey thighs but maybe they'll go as more weight comes off or as more weight comes off they start to look better.

Well It could be good basis, but you'd need to eat way more. Do have to point out anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. (while im sure there are good nurtritionists out there, you may be more likely to come across bad than good) dietician is the protected term if you want help with your diet see a dietician good luck

Get it all the time, dad is convinced I'm developing an eating disorder. And sister thinks I'm setting myself up for failure by not having cheat days. err actually cheat days will mess with my physhe ( did the research, personal decision based on state of mind)

Try upping protein particularly after workouts, make sure your having rest days introduce strength training into workouts. Both core and general. Good luck.
