  • its not a bad subject i was told years ago to weigh myself in the morning after going to the loo and before eating this essentially means you are weighing you and not extras lol and weighing the same time and situation is more consistent
  • lots of tinned soups are between 150 and 200 cals porridge is good if i need a snack i have slice of hovis bread with a laughing cow cheese triangle the one with blue cheese is 25 cals a wedge
