I weigh myself every day. I only consider changes valid after 3 to 4 days. I have found my weight can fluctuate up to 2 lbs in a day and I know it's not realisic so I track my weight loss by the week. I eat 2Tbsp of Hemp Hearts each morning with my breakfast. It's 7 grams of protien and I've noticed it has helped me. I have replaced eatting protien bars with Hemp Hearts. So far it seems to be working for me. Good Luck.
