I started at 206 and am 5'5'', ive been eating 1200 calories. i change it up though..between 1000 and 1500.

Oh thank god im not alone! LOL. I will definitely try to drink more water. i only drink 48 ounces of water a day :(

Eating a cheeseburger, or weighing and measuring myself??? LOL Its so hard for me to go that long and not weigh my self.

How tall are you? I am 5'5 and weigh 192 and i only eat 1200 calories and im losing weight. What types of things are you eating? and please include condiments.

I haven't tried them yet but have been reading about it lately. I have read that people do put them in asian dishes. Maybe like yakisoba? with the veggies, chicken and siracha chili sauce! Sounds yummy to me. I think you can get them in the refrigerated section of Trader Joes. Call them and ask if they keep it in stock.
