Where have you people been all my life?? I'm so used to my mom or friends saying I shouldn't eat certain foods because they make you gain!

I eat regular PB (2 tbs a day) and a quarter of a medium sized avocado. I guess I could bump that to half. I put walnuts in my yogurt.

Well my bad for not being so specific. I have tried many things. No I didn't list them all. I don't need to sit here and tell my life story. Again, I came on the site asking for advice. I have never counted calories before but that's another reason why I came here. Duh!

Because that's sooo funny. I came on here for advice not to be laughed at. I've tried several things to lose weight. No I have not tried weighing food and counting calories yet. Get a life

Yes that's correct! This the calculation they give us: Your current weight in lbs x11 = your caloric baseline. Your caloric baseline +400 (fix calorie burn)= your caloric needs. Your caloric needs -750 (calorie deficit) = your calorie target. Mine came out to like 1894ish and the bracket I was in was 1800-2099.

Thank you. I'm quite shocked how easily I gave it up and don't have very many cravings because I've tried before and it was the hardest thing for me.

I measured out my oils. And the protein cup is 3/4 cup or 6 oz. they also included cottage cheese and Greek yogurt in the list of proteins. Not sure if that's normal. But I know I was eating it daily as well as PB and avocado. But anyways...I will stop with the 21 day fix and start counting calories

I was allowed to have 5 servings of protein, 3 fruits, 4 complex carbs, 5 veggies, 1/4 cup of healthy fats and 5 tsps of olive oil, PB etc... And that was based on my weight and exercises

That's what I was thinking. But everyone swore that I should eat all the required containers every day.

I am not tracking my calorie intake. I was actually on the 21 day fix plan (healthy eating and portion control containers) for 10 days so there wasn't a need to count them. the calories that I'm allowed does take into consideration the daily workouts that came with the program. I don't do any other exercises.

I never had any bathroom issues. Besides peeing every 5 minutes lol

I am on day 12 and am down 6 lbs! I've only lost a couple inches but the purpose of the cleanse isn't to lose weight, phase 2 is, so I'll update in a week. I don't exercise a whole lot and if I do, it's only walking for 30 min. I'm feeling good though! I'm taking MNS 3 with catalyst and thermo plus (and omegaplex). The…

Markymark1980, Thats not true for everybody. I have tried eating clean and exercising, with the help of a trainer and no weight loss or inches lost.

I mix the fiber drink with my spark drink and it doesn't taste bad at all. The texture just reminds me of orange juice with pulp. The meal replacement shakes aren't bad at all either.

I guess its hard for me to even notice when i look in the mirror. i know i should go by the measurements and maybe the scale but im going to just continue to work hard to get down to my first goal. But thats crazy that they didnt notice your 35 lb (or was it 30 lb) weight loss.
