No matter what I do, I can't lose weight/inches
I dropped fastfood 2 months ago (which was 2-3x per week plus starbucks lattes several times a week) I stopped eating processed foods and only eat fresh or frozen veggies, fruits, chicken, turkey and shrimp. What the eat for snacks
I just starting counting calories yesterday and I am finding it hard to eat HEALTHY snacks that are high in calories to reach my daily caloric intake. I am trying to lose weight and I usually have about 400-600 calories left after 3 meals a day unless I eat unhealthy snacks. Idk if you consider 2 tbs PB, vanilla Greek…

New at weighing foods.
Today is my first day. So I was weighing my PB in grams. I just wanted a tablespoon. So I weighed it and it said 19g. The PB container says 32g for 2 tablespoons. Do I just go by the nutrition label for 1 tablespoon or do I go by how much it weighed on my scale? Same with my sandwich thin but it weighed 5gramd more than…

New to protein/meal replacement shakes
I just started EAS Lean 15 today. My main goal is to lose 30-40 lbs. 2 shakes a day (30g of protein) and a heathy dinner. I will be starting cardio in two weeks but for now I'm just trying to eat healthier. I'm not really sure what my daily intake should be for carbs, fat etc... Advice?

I finally had 3 people in a matter of 2 weeks, say that I have lost weight and look good. Thats nice and all but they told my mom this! Why cant they tell me to my face when they see me? And these are family members. None of my friends have said anything....What the hell? I dont understand.

Need help staying under sodium intake but...
I also need to eat more calories. I was eating 1000-1200 calories a day but I recently found out I should be eating about 1600 calories and to stay under 1500 mg of sodium to lose weight. I am finding it very hard to make meals and staying under the limits. Anyone have suggestions?

stomach noises
Every time I start eating healthy and consume a lot more fiber, my stomach makes really LOUD noises like every 3 minutes, and it usually starts after dinner. Does this happen to anyone else and does it go away?

Efffff scales and measuring tapes!!!
I've seriously been doing so good with diet and exercise in the last 3 days and somehow I gained an inch in my waist and hips but my weight stayed the same!! I don't consume a lot of sodium either. So frustrating!! About to eat a cheeseburger today...........
