This. I think there are three professional teachers in this thread from what I've seen and we all have the same view point. There are a lot of different considerations in determining health and height/weight are not the only ones. Thank you very much for pointing out these other indicators of fitness! :)

I've tried three of Leslie's DVDs and loved them all. It's a bit cheesy but it works in the best way possible. :) She talks to you the whole time and the sessions go by very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good workout in their home. Good luck and keep us posted.

Keeping track of your peak craving times could also help. Knowing that you NEED a piece of fruit or veggie at 4pm could help you satisfy those unhealthy cravings at the end of the day. You should be entitled to two 15 minute breaks anyways, so take them and eat something!

So I saw my urologist yesterday, the function % hasn't gone up in the one kidney (still sitting around 20%) and will likely never increase.
