If you need someone to be accountable to, feel free to friend or message me. A few tips: 1) Do your workout at the same time every day. My experience is that my body started to go "I need exercise NOW" around that time. Schedule it in, you're worth it. 2) Find something you truly enjoy doing. For me, yoga for a minimum of…

Took a peek at your diary, looks like a good day! Added you for the day to day accountability.

While weight-related goals are great, I'm curious about your habit goals. What daily, weekly, monthly goals do you have to succeed in your journey? What's the plan? Feel free to add me, you're going on an exciting adventure and I'd be happy to help/cheer you on/etc!

Welcome! I think your goals are pretty reasonable and with your love for strength training, you're well on your way!

The grass is only green where you water it. My husband and I have been together for seven years and married for two. We're happy together and love that we get to build a life together. We've had amazing experiences together and take the good with the bad. I was pretty clear before we got married that I'm a "long haul" gal,…

I've played ITG and DDR for about 7 years on and off. Just started playing again no bar for exercise. Working on Medium 5s no bar, have completed Pandemonium on easy no bar.

I know what you mean by memories! My husband and I met on a DDR machine and love playing together. He taught me how to arrow smash and we still do it to this day. He used to play in tournaments when the community was active in our city and it was a great time. Recently we purchased flexible dance pads from Precision Dance…

SuzMcH, you may not see a loss on the scale as you may be gaining muscle mass. Check your inches, not your weight. :)
-
Starbeck, you could be gaining muscle mass or water weight. Hopefully it evens out for you and you start seeing those pounds walk away :)
-
Give it time. You're new to walking. :) What types of exercises did you do in order to lose the first 22 pounds?

Hi everyone, I'm Trina and I'm addicted to Walking at Home. I love how challenging the program is and how it is generally equipment-less. This challenge is perfect and I'd love to set a goal of 80 big miles! I'm part of another December challenge and this ties in very well :) Here's what I've walked so far this month: Dec…
