    I still have Christmas holiday company here, so sometimes it is hard to fit in my walk and/ or post. Today it is late and so I won't be 'walking' today although I have been out and about today :-) Hopefully I shall walk with you all tomorrow.

    I walked a mike yesterday and I made it through a 3 mile walk with Leslie tonight...getting back on track :) That is 6 miles down and 44 to go!

    I have to be honest...this is a lot harder than I thought. The first day I got sick for pushing maybe just a little to far. 3 1/2 miles came and I thought I can do 4, 4 came and I thought I have to finish this and do 5. I'm so glad I did. It is getting easier everyday. Stay in there and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Marne
