    I am waaay behind on posting my walks! Outstanding walking on DAY 4! Love it!! Thank you ALL of walking with me every day! You keep me inspired and coming back for more.

    I still have Christmas holiday company here, so sometimes it is hard to fit in my walk and/ or post. Today it is late and so I won't be 'walking' today although I have been out and about today :-) Hopefully I shall walk with you all tomorrow.

    I walked a mike yesterday and I made it through a 3 mile walk with Leslie tonight...getting back on track :) That is 6 miles down and 44 to go!

    I have to be honest...this is a lot harder than I thought. The first day I got sick for pushing maybe just a little to far. 3 1/2 miles came and I thought I can do 4, 4 came and I thought I have to finish this and do 5. I'm so glad I did. It is getting easier everyday. Stay in there and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Marne

    I am late to join but I plan on 40 miles this month. I did 3 on 1/3. I am biking on some of the days.

    Finally, I can start walking tomorrow towards my 30 miles for January. The ankle is much better. I'm ready to do this!
    I'm starting the year with an injured ankle and anti-inflammatory med but I still am aiming for 30 miles for January. My doctor will not let me start until January 7th:ohwell: I will get there!!!

    I walked 2 more miles this past week for a total of 3 miles so far. 12 miles from my goal of 15. (I am not counting the walking I do at work.)
