    I havent been really working out. Ive been losing weight since October very slowly. But I won't complain since I really haven't taken the time to work out. I just been runing around my 2 and 5yr old and i have a fitbit that makes me more aware of my movement/footsteps. Im going to start 30 Day Shred today. So hopefully that will help. ((fingers crossed)) :smile:

    Successes/struggles this week: Trying to eat more protein meals and snacks like rice cakes and salmon since chicken has became a staple. I might work out 4x a week instead of 3x a week, but we will see.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am a new mom to a 2 month old baby. I am breastfeeding and therefore need to consume an appropriate amount of calories. I'm still healing and can't do much more physical activity than walking yet. I will be focusing more on nutrition and trying to find an appropriate deficit.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had been doing well up to a couple weeks ago but have gained a couple pounds back - I am in exam time so my eating and working out have been pushed to the back burner. I have decided to focus on eating for the most part this week, until my last final is over on Thursday - then I can start focusing on working out more too!
