    Successes/struggles this week: Oof, need to get back on track! Got as low as 174.2 in April...before immediately going on vacation and coming back up 10 pounds from all the alcohol bloat and salt intake. Interested to see where the scale ends up this week once all the water weight is gone.

    Hi, I'm game!

    I started on an antidepressant in late March and shot up 10 pounds /: I'm going to start tapering down to a half the dose (started on the min ) before re-evaluating w.Dr mid May.

    Seeing the scale yesterday was quite a shock as I've never weighed more and had been really upping my activity game to where I should've been down 3 - 5 pounds from that pre- med weight.

    It was the kick in the butt I needed get this app. Think this will be good motivation(:

    Successes/struggles this month: I struggle with convenience and napping. I work two jobs and tend to eat a bunch of junk food and nap between jobs rather than work out or do something constructive.

    Successes/struggles this week: I lost over 5 lbs. in the April challenge but gained 1 lb. back. I am hoping to really reach 125 this month. I am really having success with using myfitnesspal because this is the most I've stayed focused in a very long time.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been doing okay with staying in between 129 to 131 for the past month. But, let's face it, I want to be near 120 lbs. I'm close to my goal and trying my best not to overeat when I'm clearly full.
