    Successes/struggles this week: Beta blockers are my bane, likely getting off them or reducing them this month. Managed to tweak my diet a bit and eat better. Hospital is annoyed with me insisting on 5 min rest period from nurses before doing vitals. Had a lapse because of that and went to food, but caught myself after 5 chips.

    Successes/struggles this week: Cinco de Mayo was a struggle! I can't say no to tacos! I also went out a few times for the Kentucky Derby and Happy Hour so alcohol snuck up on me. I went down a pound a few days after the start and pretty much have maintained for the week. I don't have a lot to lose so I'm taking it slow!

    Successes/struggles this week: Given up soda since Monday. I've been doing really good not drinking it at all. Been drinking water and some homemade tea. Struggles with trying to get motivated to working out.

    Hi KirstineThornburg here, Weighed in my Doctors office today gained a pound since last time but have been sick for over a month about the start third round of antibotics tomorrow so it is throwing everything off. Still sticking to my workout, carb totals are where my Doctor perscribed and drinking all my water and 65 pounds smaller then in 2006 but still have a way to go.Hope thius round will kill whatever is going on and I can get rid of it once and for all. Still drinking all my water and still logging all my meals Currentely weigh 225 this time my starting weight was 234 goal is to weigh 163 am going on 54 and am 5 feet 4inches. The biggest obsticle right now to get well.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week has been a huge adjustment for me. I rejoined the corporate workforce on Monday after 6 years of staying home with my babies. It's been a bit of a juggling act, but I've been pulling it off! I started the 10k trainer, and completed week 2 day 2 last night. My fitbit (which I ordered May 2nd), STILL has not come. I'm a bit annoyed. Oh well!

    Successes/struggles this week: I am a new mom to a 2 month old baby. I am breastfeeding and therefore need to consume an appropriate amount of calories. I'm still healing and can't do much more physical activity than walking yet. I will be focusing more on nutrition and trying to find an appropriate deficit.
    I was away for 3 days in my first week to visit my grandparents. This meant being spoiled with food and treats. Tried to be reasonable with how many I allowed myself and it turned out OK.

    Successes/Struggles this week: The only struggle I had this week was when a coworker brought me lefterovers for work. I had to ask her what all was in it to try to log it the best I could.

    Successfully stayed in my calorie goal and hitting the gym everyday. It's become a lifestyle change for me and I look forward to working out.

    I have 1.4 pounds to go out a .5 week average this may be cutting it close. As long as I'm going down I'm happy!

    Gained 2lbs this week I know it's partly because I starting drinking ginger ale this week and I haven't had soda in like a year. I also had been off3 days in a row, I worked out one but not the others because family was over and laziness and I eat all day on day offs now since I started working my eating habits are all out of whack.     Successes/struggles this week: I've been quite consistent with logging food, especially with the quick add function when I'm out at smaller local places and really have no way of knowing the calories other than the break it down in my mind and make a close guess! Exercise on the other hand was another story, I really need to make it into part of my routine, I'm hoping that work & relationship stresses will die down soon and it'll become easier to focus on myself.
    As for this weekend, my boyfriend has decided he wants to order Chinese tonight and has forewarned me so I'll be heading to the gym before I go through to his, and will also be careful with what I eat throughout the day!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm doing great with working out, and pretty good with diet too. I went up a tad this week, but I've had plenty of NSVs. I was able to go up in weight in every exercise this week, I shaved a whole minute off my 3000 meter row on the machine at the gym, and I'm loving the definition I'm starting to get in my abs!
