    Successes/struggles this week: Not a good week for me. Ate a lot of junk food. Pretty much maintained my weight, but that's okay - still have a few weeks left to make it up! Will start my thyroid medication today, hopefully that will give me some more energy too!

    Successes/struggles this week: I ate pretty well three days out of the last ten. The other days I drank too much, didn't log food, snacked like a crazy person. Putting the loss down to consistency over the last month or so and a bit of dehydration. I'll take it though!

    Food wise was great, I logged everything, had little bits of what I fancied. I bought a fit bit and have been aiming for 10k steps every day, which I managed every day but yesterday. Saturday went for a long walk, over 20k steps that day, and yesterday went "swimming" (ie playing in the water) with my son.

    I struggled with the "failure" of only getting 4k steps yesterday. My mind tried to sabotage me with thoughts like "you've messed everything up now, you might as well eat everything in the house" but managed to dismiss it by talking to my partner and friends about how I felt, and reasoning that I was still tired and a little sore from Saturdays walk, and also that I'd been to the pool and moved around a lot there.

    Successes:
    - reached 10,000+ steps 5 times this week. Was very active in general. And even did some strength exercises.
    - Completed week 3 of my 30 day abs challenge.

    struggles:
    - Went out for my sister's birthday and wasn't in the MFP zone at all, so just logged that meal as a 1200 quick add.
    - Gained weight but My muscles are still aching from the weights so hope it's only a fluctuation.

    Was doing so good but lost motivation on weekend. Brother in Tom Winnipeg. Dinner out. Also I wish my guy Tony wasn't such a good cook.     Successes/struggles this week: I'm calling this week a great success. While my nutrition wasn't perfect, it was better. I ran my training schedule. I did some strength training on May 1 and plan to do another day of ST on Thursday. I feel stronger, faster, and healthier than I have in a long time. This week, my goal is to keep following my training schedule, get one day of ST in, and to really think before i eat.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm surprised! After 4 days of sun and fun with friends in Florida, I did not put on any weight. Whew.. Maybe my body really needed a break, I was exercising a lot before I left. 3 days until my future-in-laws arrive! They're on a diet, so that might make things a littler easier. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: This week has been full of food struggles. I've tried to log everything, but we went out to eat too often, and I think not being 100% accurate on my calories has caused me to come to this standstill. I did much better this weekend, cooked more at home, and knew exactly what I was eating. Another thing has been my exercise calories from FitBit. I've tried to not eat them all back, but it's hard seeing that number and knowing you have a pint of your new favorite ice cream in the freezer.

    Next week HAS to be better. I'm losing motivation.

    Successes/struggles this week: unfortunately I gained this week. I was doing well with my eating all week and did 5 workouts. Friday I was very tired which seems to be a big trigger for me. I also was having trouble breathing and had to use my inhaler which makes me jittery. The combination was really bad and resulted in horrible cravings. I over ate enough to undo all my progress & add a little extra. If anyone has suggestions on how to deal with this, I welcome any help.

    It seems like you're working out enough... sorry about the inhaler situation. I had an inhaler for many years with my asthma as a kid. Sometimes when you winded you have to sit down and breathe and then get back out there. :wink: About the cravings, did you MFP food diary to help you out? Or maybe clean out your entire cabinets of all the junky foods? Keep on chugging though.

    Successes/struggles this week: Success was nutrition! Struggle was hydration. It's hard to remember to drink water as I hate warm water. I hope to increase my workouts this week as I am done all of my exams!! I Have updated a new goal weight for the month as I dropped a couple pounds already!
