    January's goal - 30 miles

    Jan 7 - 2 miles Treadmill - 200 crunches
    Jan 8 - 1 mile Treadmill - 200 crunches
    Jan 9 - 1 mile Treadmill - 200 crunches, 50 squats, 50 leg lifts

    Miles to goal: 26

    Working at home Thurs. and Fri. so I'll have more time to get my workouts in. Everyone is doing great...keep it up!

    Hi everyone, I have decided to check in every 5 days.
    I have done a mile every day this month using Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds for Abs, so I have done 10 miles so far. My goal for the month is 30 miles.

    Jan 4 - 4.5M WATP Walk & Jog + Walk & Kick ( ok, I just couldn't stop! )
    Jan 5 - 5M Just walk + stretch
    Jan 7 - 2M Walk off even more w/wgt belt + 1M WATP Power walk w/ 1lb wgts
    Jan 8 - 3m Calorie blast w/ walk belt
    Jan 10 - 3M Power Walk w/2lb weights


    Goal - 50 miles

Either way, I'm so glad I'm committing myself to my walks! :-) I feel so amazing after my walks... it's too bad I work nights that I have to get ready and go BACK to sleep!
