Weekly Check-in... I'm happy to say it's the first time I've walked every day in a week for about a year, so thank you for posting the challenge!
I would also like to say to those who are feeling winded with Leslie's one mile walks, stay with it and build up your stamina! I, too, started with the one mile walks and told myself that I could commit to the 20 minutes. As it got easier, I went to the two mile walks, which were really just 10 extra minutes. So, hang in there! ........

Thanks for the encouragement. I had made a commitment to do three mile walks on the weekend since I had the extra time available. I also told myself that if I didn't get out of bed in the morning to complete a two mile walk before work, I would "have" to do a three mile walk in the evening. Guess what? I wound up doing a three mile walk this evening (the bed is just too toasty warm in the morning!). I think that "challenge" will get me out of bed in the mornings, especially tomorrow since I have an evening work meeting, so won't be home until 8ish tomorrow night.0 -
