Hi. I just joined the team today and I have a question about this challenge. I wear a pedometer and wanted to know if the miles I get throughout the day count towards this challenge. I wear my pedometer almost 24 hours a day.0

Weekly Check-in... I'm happy to say it's the first time I've walked every day in a week for about a year, so thank you for posting the challenge!
I would also like to say to those who are feeling winded with Leslie's one mile walks, stay with it and build up your stamina! I, too, started with the one mile walks and told myself that I could commit to the 20 minutes. As it got easier, I went to the two mile walks, which were really just 10 extra minutes. So, hang in there!
