    All my walking is Leslie Sansone DVDs. It is too cold and windy for me to go walk outside here until around March/April (maybe).

    Happy Saturday! I have my granddaughter today so was glad to get my workout in and can focus on my sweetie the rest of the day!

  • Hi. I just joined the team today and I have a question about this challenge. I wear a pedometer and wanted to know if the miles I get throughout the day count towards this challenge. I wear my pedometer almost 24 hours a day.

    I am going to aim for 50 miles starting today. I have been doing 4 miles almost everyday this year so I hope that I can reach that goal this month! HAPPY WALKING EVERYONE!

    After 8 weeks of walking with Leslie I finally made it through my first 5 miler. :happy:

    Weekly Check-in... I'm happy to say it's the first time I've walked every day in a week for about a year, so thank you for posting the challenge!

    I would also like to say to those who are feeling winded with Leslie's one mile walks, stay with it and build up your stamina! I, too, started with the one mile walks and told myself that I could commit to the 20 minutes. As it got easier, I went to the two mile walks, which were really just 10 extra minutes. So, hang in there!
