Date and spank!

Everywhere I read the basic same stuff...gain a bit of weight, but lose inches - probably due to muscle gain. I know I feel my legs more now (muscles ache a bit due to the runs) but it's a good ache. I'm sure my legs will get a bit larger, but as long as it's toning and not just gaining fat, I'm ok with that.

I was wondering about this too. I started C25K, I do it almost every day, and I noticed I'm ALWAYS hungry. Not good for watching my caloric intake for sure. Anyone know of any healtier, low cal snacks to help with this?

I think (unless someone is being a stalker) it's NICE to hear compliments. One of my male friends called me "pretty lady" the other day - made my day...lol

I think it's how it's said too...there is nothing wrong with a genuine "you look great"...but when it gets pervy, that's enough.

I called my dad for Father's Day, and told him I'm working out, and eating better. I got "good thing, because they way you were going, you wouldn't live long enough to see your son get married". (he's 10, btw.) And this is why I don't share info with a lot of people.

I think it's possible if they were determined, but the trust would be dead. I could never trust someone again that cheated on me.
