Here was tonight's dinner. We had pork chops with a honey glaze made from organic honey & water, russet potatoes with olive oil, basil, cinnamon and pepper, fresh zuchinni, and strawberries. We have the Huron juicer. This is the recipe my husband and I drink a lot. Recipe for 2 people: 2 - Juicing apples (Fuji is good) 2 - oranges The remainder is made up of carrots until we hit 24 oz on the juicing container. It is a really nice tasting recipe. I've eaten a lot of egg scrambles this past week! I've only been doing this for 2 days now, but already I found that tracking my food really does make a huge difference! I've managed to lose 5 lbs in the last 2 days just by being conscience of what I am eating. The easiest way for me is to just do the calorie recording as I prepare my meal on either my iphone or ipad. :)
