Food Percentages/Ratios
Hi everyone, I know I read somewhere, but can't find it now. What are the best food ratios if you are trying to lose weight? i.e. 25% protein, 25% carbs, 50% veges/fruit. I'm still trying to figure all of this out. Thanks! :)
