Food Percentages/Ratios

Hi everyone,

I know I read somewhere, but can't find it now. What are the best food ratios if you are trying to lose weight? i.e. 25% protein, 25% carbs, 50% veges/fruit.

I'm still trying to figure all of this out.

    I think it's somewhat individual. I'm losing weight fairly easily and seem to run higher in fat and protein that what the MFP app recommends. I HAVE increased the amount of non-starchy vegetables I eat, which help fill me up and adds very few calories to my meals. An entire "head" of romaine lettuce (about 4 cups when I chop it up) adds only about 40 calories and provides about 4 grams of fibre.
