my sister has the F6 and that also has that strap around your chest. that is for sure better at an accurate reading. good question about the replacement battery though. i want to know that answer too.

Thanks!:happy: i never thought of altering my smoothie. it has this "acai" stuff in it that i cant live without. but i just added up the calories after taking out the banana and one type of frozen fruit (i put two kinds in) and it cut the calories by 200. that just gave me some hope.:bigsmile:

that does help. i am allowed 1230 cal/day. so thinking i can have 300 cal/meal really helps. what gets me is i usually have this smoothie for breakfast that is 500 calories. but i think i can lessen that. i also burn at least 500 calories a day. what i dont completly understand is i always eat more that i am allowed. i…

can anyone tell me what the lowest calories snacks are? i am struggling to stay under my goal for the day. by the time i get to dinner i only have about 100-150 max.

i am about to have surgery next month and was told by the doc not to work out for about 8 weeks. any advice on doing this website if you can't work out? and trying to continue to lose weight?

i just went to the website they gave me above and it told me 109 calories burned in 20 mintues at 4mph. mine is a double stroller pushing a 30 lb kid and a 20lb kid so thats why it might be more. but you should be way more then that.

if we want to maintain the weight...eat at the intake MFP tells us to. but if we want to lose then we need to eat more when we work out to make sure our body isnt starving right???

working out makes you stronger and helps get you toned. otherwise everything would be hanging around.

does anybody know how many calories you burn when pushing a double stroller? i just went on a 20 mintue walk, flat terrain, pushing two kids in the double stroller. it tells me to put in the calories burned but i have no clue!!!

and almods too. not 75 but they seem to be very high in calories. i love to eat (no salt, roasted) almonds for a snack but when i entered to see the calories it was off the charts.

okay i havent excercised yet today but just to see what it would say, i put in that i burned 500 calories from working out. i usually do an hour of circuit training. my food intake for the rest of the day went from 139 to 600+. that is awesome. i removed to calories burned because i havent done them yet but that sure makes…

i usually do a boot camp four days a week and burn up to 600+ calories. this is my first day on this website so i cant wait to enter in those calories i burn up. this site is fun!!!!!

i was planning on doing the eliptical tnight too or the treadmill or something. does that mean it helps with our calorie intake? does it go up or down with excersice?

i would get a heart rate monitor watch. they can tell you how many calories you burn while working out and the fat % and more.

i got it from a place in the town i live that sells a lot of organic foods. if you have a trader joes or whole foods or any place that has organic foods. let em know what you think if you try it :)

the brand i use is sambazon acai powder. i put it in a smoothie every morning and i think it gives me SO much energy. on the jar it says: rich source of antioxidants boosts enery and immune system promotes healty skin i think it's a great way to start my day and it is so great for you.

I did Medi Fast after my first son was born and in 5 weeks lost 10 pounds. Gained it all back and regretted spening that much time of my like eating and drinking powdered food for so long.
