walking pushing a double stroller???
does anybody know how many calories you burn when pushing a double stroller? i just went on a 20 mintue walk, flat terrain, pushing two kids in the double stroller. it tells me to put in the calories burned but i have no clue!!!

what are the lowest calorie snacks/foods?
can anyone tell me what the lowest calories snacks are? i am struggling to stay under my goal for the day. by the time i get to dinner i only have about 100-150 max.

once you get to your goal weight, does that mean you are able to eat more calories daily? right now i am allowed 1230 and wanted to know if that will go up once my weight goes down?

numbness in toes while working out
yesterday while i was doing the eliptical machine i started to get numbness/tingling in my feet and toes. has anyone else ever experienced this. it only started towards the end of my 30 minutes but i coulnd't figure out why.

why doesn't it show that i have burned any calories for doing push up? i just did four set of 25 and NOTHING!:noway:

exercising after surgery
i am about to have surgery next month and was told by the doc not to work out for about 8 weeks. any advice on doing this website if you can't work out? and trying to continue to lose weight?

trying to understand this.....
if we want to maintain the weight...eat at the intake MFP tells us to. but if we want to lose then we need to eat more when we work out to make sure our body isnt starving right???

according to my food log, i only have 139 calories left for intake. what are some low calorie snacks? and still need room for dinner?

:drinker: So I was introdueced to this Acai stuff and I just can't get enough of it. Does anybody else use it and if so, how do you use it? (powder, bars etc)

at a plateau!
:grumble: i only have a few more pounds to lose but i feel i am so stuck. it says that i need to drop my calorie intake but i feel like i am already eating as good as i can. need some motivation! kristen
