i am the same way. i have been religious about drinking my 8 glasses a day for a while now and i don't have to go to the bathroom as much as i did when i first started.

i think regardless, people are going to post things that have already been posted. if it is someone that has posted the same thing then oh well! maybe it just wasn't understood those other times. people take in their information differently and that shouldn't be bad. this is a site for support. if it drives you nuts then…

i think this is how it goes: eat all of your calories that your "goal" allows you. those are the calories you are given TO lose the weight. if you workout and BURN calories then you are allowed to eat more. it's all about what you put down as your goal. MFP with figure it all out for you.

once you get to your goal weight, does that mean you are able to eat more calories daily? right now i am allowed 1230 and wanted to know if that will go up once my weight goes down?

850 calories...that is GREAT!!! yesterday i burned 735. and i can't wait to work out tonight! :) and i love how when you hit complete at the end of the day, it tells how how low your weight will be if you continue like today. love it!!!

that is EXCATLY what i had. almost always in the tip of my toes and it happens during circuit as well. leshik21 had some great advice on this.

I don't think so. sometimes i feel like they could be tighter.

yesterday while i was doing the eliptical machine i started to get numbness/tingling in my feet and toes. has anyone else ever experienced this. it only started towards the end of my 30 minutes but i coulnd't figure out why.

maybe i didnt word my original question right because dont get me wrong...OF COURSE i am planning of following his orders. i just wanted to know how you can do this website w/out the workouts. and if you maintain your food intake w/out exercising....can you still lose weight?

i think "polar" brand is great. if you can find one of that brand in your price range thats the way to go.
