I didn't realize this before because there are only like 5 categories in my food diary, but I eat like 7 or 8 times a day!! Sometimes I double or triple up on my snacks sections. I usually space my snacks out so that I can always have food to eat.:laugh: So I have been telling myself that I am eating 5 time a day (which is already more times than I used too) but I am actually eating all day long!! That explains why I feel like I eat all day:tongue: Best part, I've lost 9.5 pounds since last Monday!! Yeah MFP:heart::heart: :heart: :heart: .

    Isn't that funny? Me, too! I figured out just last week that for the past several weeks I've also been eating 7 times a day. It sounds crazy, but I feel great and I'm not stopping!

    Same here, I eat 7 times a day as well. I've found I get full really fast now, but my body is so used to the 2 - 3 hour eating schedule that I feel it asking for fuel around the 2 hour mark.

    I don't get the mid-afternoon slump anymore either, which is great! :smile:
