at a plateau!

:grumble: i only have a few more pounds to lose but i feel i am so stuck. it says that i need to drop my calorie intake but i feel like i am already eating as good as i can.

need some motivation!

    Don't eat less, exercise more. 20% increase in your routine can helpyou bust through your plateau. It's easy, if you normally go for time in cardio and say you do 30 minutes you need to do 36 minutes, if you go for distance and you do 4 miles you need to do 4.8 miles. You can also increase the weight you are lifting for strength training!

    Do this for about 10 days and you should start to break through.

    I was at a plateau for a month. I finally upped my calories to 1400 from 1200 and added fifteen minutes to my daily exercise. Two weeks later I lost three pounds! Maybe you need to change things up a bit or add on. If you are eating 1200 calories, then don't go any lower than that. You might try adding some calories to confuse your body some.
