  • I am 5'4 Sw: 186 lbs CW: 185 lbs Goal Weight For this challenge 170 lbs Long term goal is 130 - 140 lbs I try to get at least 15 mins a day on my elliptical and 15 min walk with my puppy (it would be longer but its just SO HOT, and she doesnt know how to walk on a leash yet so...).
