This might be water weight loss from PMS but from my previous weight of 120..2wks later I got down to 112. I think aside from calorie counting, my daily water intake also helped since I drink at least 8-12 glasses of water in a day. My workouts : Desk cycling for an hour, 5 different Squats positions, 10-15 reps,(I change…

4'11 here :) Starting weight 4 yrs ago was 145 pounds. Got down to 100 pounds just by calorie counting with low intensity workouts such as cycling, stretching and lifting weights. Sadly, few months ago I got back to 120(due to falling off the bandwagon.) I've learned my lesson in a hard way. You gotta learn the difference…

Looking to lose 55 pounds too by december. Being in a height 4'11 at 120 pounds looks and feels really heavy. My physician also wants me to lose weight due to scoleosis and Muscle/nerve weakness. So here we go. Lets do this! Slow and steady wins the race!
-
I have muscle weakness from scoleosis and tm so my workouts are limited. Most of the time I walk, pedal on my desk cycling bike, stretches, squats and lift light weights. We can still loseweight as long as we follow the healthy calorie limit given to us by mfp.

Bump!

4'11 here. When it comes to weight loss.. The struggle is real!

I worked hard losing 45 lbs off my weight by logging all the foods I eat, eating mindfully and working out. Turns out last year I fell off the wagon. Now I stepped on the scale seeing I gained 12 pounds. That fast! I just rethink my mind to redeeming myself to eating healthier again, disciplined eating, and I won't ever…

Few years ago I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis at 11 degree. It's kind of a struggle sitting down, or lying down on the bed. Stretching helps though. Glad my physical therapist taught me some stretches. It may help with prevention of scoliosis degree progressing too.

Mine's Guillain-Barre Syndrome & now diagnosed as transverse myelitis. I learned to live with it how to prevent any relapses. I've been counting calories for 4yrs already doing light workouts ; desk cycle bike, lifting 4lb weights, brisk walking, yoga stretches. I've recently added jogging into my workouts. Auto immune…

I've been on the same boat 4 yrs ago when I started with mfp. I've read an article something about our bodies holding onto our fats at first then normally it takes two to three months for us to see results of the real weight loss. I remember when I was just starting out it took me two months to see steady weight loss then…

I was at my highest weight of 145. Got down to 100 after 2 years. Sadly I gained back 12 pounds since I went back to my old eating habits which is overeating especially when my friends at work were taking me to food parks for dinner. Its almost like an eating buffet where you have a lot of food choices. Name it. Until one…

Just started with 1200-1500 calories a day. Feel free to add me!

Hi everyone! 4'11 here. My starting weight is at 145 pounds. I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis which inspired me more to lose the excess weight. So finally after almost 2years I got down to 100 pounds just by staying at 1200-1500 calories. Sometimes I do calorie cycling depends on how my body feels. I still include…

My goal is to lose 20 pounds by december by healthy diet of 1200 calories and low impact exercise. Feel free to add me guys! Lets help each other! We can do this!

Thank you so much for inspiring. This will be my 'Note to self' from now on.

I also struggle from emotional eating. I used to be at my highest weight of 145 then I learned about mfp calorie counting, the eat only when youre hungry not when youre bored then I was able to go down to 105 lbs in a year and a half. Lately I feel like I'm almost falling off the wagon like waking up in the morning eating…

Wake up call for me is feeling my neck, face and thighs getting bigger. Lol. And the worst part is being called fat to the point that you're losing your self esteem and realizing you can't even wear those outfits that you used to wear back when you were thin.

Wake up call for me is feeling my neck, face and thighs getting biggier. Lol

What I can advice is you dont need to stay away from any foods but just eat in moderation. Lets say per meal you can just stick to your calories( e.g : breakfast 400 calories, lunch 400, ,snack 200 then dinner 350.)
