maybe you need to cut down your exercise routine a bit, sounds like your bodies a bit under stress, relax it off to 3 times a week maybe... they say 80% weight loss is what we eat 20% the exercise ...but dont give up :) just stop stressing over it and relax

it is not a stroke...dont scare people! stroke u get chest pain, and arm pain similar to a heart attack, you also usually get facial drop and are unable to pronounce words...and yes i do know what im talking about im a nurse. on another note the tingling is your muscles still working.
