I also don't have the time or the money to go to the gym, for now at least. I'm currently doing p90x, but I started with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD which IS a circuit training you are supposed to do everyday for 30 days. Maybe you can try that? It's 20-25 mins a day and all you need are a pair of dumbells

I have pain under my right knee. And it only flairs up during some of the squats and just a few movements on the plyo workout, but not too much. I moderate some exercises because of it, even Tony himself has a knee problem (he shatered it once)

I thought today was my Yoga day, so I got up at 4:50am, only to find out it was Shoulders n Arms. Now I have all this extra time I coulda been sleeping! lol. I guess I could get on my bike, but my legs are pretty much spent from last nights Plyo workout.

You have to enter it yourself, along with the calories your heart rate monitor says you burned. Go to Exercise, My Exercises, then Create Exercise :)

I got the push up stands yesterday, and it makes a huge difference on my push ups (it was harder with the bars than without)... I still do modified, hoping to do regular ones in a few weeks :)

I couldn't get up at 5am this morning to do Legs & Back, and today is my mom's bday so I think I will take today off and do Legs & Back tomorrow and Kenpo on Sunday. I hated Yoga yesterday, but I'm very sore from the 32 mins I did of it! lol

I only did 32mins and I burned 126 cals.

I hated Yoga. I don't know if it's because I got up at 5am to do it today, or what, but the first 30 mins were too repetitive and boring. I ended up only doing 32 mins and then getting on my bike. I will try my best to do it longer next time.
