It's actually smarter to count the inches as opposed to the weight because muscle weighs as well, it's actually more dense than fat. Unless you're just losing weight and muscle mass by not lifting. Which is not very smart.

How'd you do it?? You look awesome!!
-
Wow good job so far! Yes, they're big but if I drag them I can see them lol.
-
Wow, you look awesome! And it's not small. It's good enough for you. Some of us just have more to lose but you worked your *kitten* off as well so give yourself some credit. You look super toned. Congrats!

Stop spamming different posts.. You should've just done one that asks all your questions. Or you can always try the search function. It actually works.

Try using the search button. There's plenty of those threads/posts. And 117 pounds is good for your height. Concentrate more on toning up rather than losing weight. Just an FYI; once you start to tone up and gain muscle, your weight will possibly go up, as muscle is more dense than fat. Don't worry about it. The scale is…

Not true... It all depends what you get. OP: Just get what you want but skip the fattening condiments/dressings. I always get honey mustard. I try not to get ranch, mayo, etc.. But sometimes, I get whatever the hell I want. You know, because I like to live a little. Lol. Salads are good there also and pretty big.

This ^ Maybe you're gaining weight? Are you eating at a deficit? Your arms do not bulk up unless you take some crazy *kitten* supplements and considering you're new to all this, I highly doubt it. I lift weights as well and lost inches also.

Awesome results!! Keep it up!

You look amazing!
-
Wow! You look great!!
-
Lol, wow. Honestly, I don't know if to laugh or be sad about it... If people are stupid enough to do it, then so be it...
-
Wow that's amazing! Congrats!!
-
Too much of anything can make you fat. It makes no difference if it's "clean" or not. Do you eat like a whole one at once? :noway:
-
Um... wow.. Amazing work!! You look incredible!!
-
Wow great job!!
-
Anna, this isn't a "success story". Make sure you post in the correct category.
-
Yay congrats!! But I can't see the pics. :(
-
This! ^ It's just one cake lol.. If you can't allow yourself even a piece, you're doing this "losing weight thing" wrong. You have to live a little. Just make it and then let him know he can watch you and learn because this is the only one you're making. I get you though, you don't need the temptation but you CAN allow…

Great job! You look great!!

Wow good job! You look great. How'd you do it? And how'd you shrink your arms?! Lol.
-
Wow.. I'm stunned. Good job!
-
Obviously! But what she means is that just because the scale doesn't budge doesn't mean you're not making progress. I'd rather have more muscle than fat, just saying. It's different weighing 145 based only on fat than 145 based on lean muscle. And it's true what OP said, DON'T TRUST THE SCALE! :)

Women don't bulk up... Please do some research before talking... You'd have to try really hard and take special supplements to bulk up. Don't be afraid to lift heavy. Do compound exercises as well. You have to start gradually of course and you'll soon move up little by little. You'll see that you won't ever "bulk up". Go…

What they said ^ Yes it works, for a short time. What people don't get is that if you eat "no sodium", "no sugar", etc.. it's only short term loss because once you start eating "normal" again after you reach your goal, you'll EASILY blow back up. You have to treat weight loss as a lifestyle change. The best way to do this…

Wow! Amazing!
-
I agree! Good point!
-
Yeah although I started measuring myself midway through so it's not much change and that was one of the reasons I was discouraged as well. My clothes are definitely more lose, not GREATLY but a little. I hope in another 3 months I'll get to my goal!! :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I'm very happy at the feedback! It's great to hear others' opinions.
