'm 5'1, about 117lbs, and i'm aiming to get down a few pounds.. I'm not massive overweight, but for my height and structure I'm carrying a nice amount of extra flab around the place..
Just ordered Jillian Michaels ripped in 30? just wondering how people got on with it, the kind of results I can expect, etc!

Try using the search button. There's plenty of those threads/posts. And 117 pounds is good for your height. Concentrate more on toning up rather than losing weight.
Just an FYI; once you start to tone up and gain muscle, your weight will possibly go up, as muscle is more dense than fat. Don't worry about it. The scale is not what you should worry about. Worry about being and looking fit. Good luck.0 -
I have a very small frame, and look/feel like my best between 105 - 110, and just looking to get back to around there. I used to be quite fit and even with a decent amount of muscle that was my best weight!!0
