I agree with this. I have always worn a normal firm support bra and then a sports bra over the top and my GG girls dont budge!! Its comfy too as you feel very supported :)

What really really helps me with sore muscles is - ensuring that i warm up properly before a work out, stretch and cool down properly after a work out, i dont mean a quick 2 min stretches, but stretches for each muscle group and done several times over, takes about 10-20 min but after a hard work out, its actually really…

lol ok i mean really sore? will i still be ok to do my evening shift for example lol i have worked out in the past with a trainer and boy did i hurt that evening!!!

I had a very simular thing but with my right foot and calf. All i do is put insoles in my running shoes and iv no more pain. i think mine is due to pressure points in the feet and as my shoes mould to my feet, they were irritating pressure points, thats my thinking lol seems to of worked so maybe give it a try? HTH

I think what he means is to eat often, as he didnt say to divide the calories equally in to meals. I personally agree with eating every 2.5 - 3 hrs. I have my 3 main meals but i also have a piece of fruit or a low fat yogurt in between, this works for me. To have a big main meal isnt going to help me with portion control…

IMO no, they are different. Some guys body build for the physical appearance and to bulk up their muscles and then some guys train for the strength, to lift the maximum weight they can and improve the strength.

I love mine too :) Iv got the big style one with a griddle and flat plate with individual temp controls and use it to cook chicken, fish, bacon, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cooks it all perfectly!! Highly recommend it :)
