Pick up walking in the evening for an hour. You either have to cut back the calories or include more exercise.

Really it is about eating the right amounts of foods. You can gorge and eay too much cereal and oatmeal and never lose. Its learning to know how much you can have to lose weight and making healthy choices. You sould like you are on the right track, its now staying within the calorie intake that matters.

You need to see a nutritionist! You are eliminating many essentials for your organs by thinking this way and are just going to head down a messy path of beating yourself up and not getting healthy, getting thin the wrong way is not healthy. Eat enough calories that your body can burn energy for exercise, give you the…

I only make what I plan to eat, If I do make more then I pack the extra away immediately in portion sized containers and into the fridge it goes. Same way if I eat out, I asl for a take out dish and take the half I am taking home right away. I never want to go back to living as I did before, this is my life now. I enjoy…

Personally I wopuld wait on it, and if you still see the signs, give him a compliment and tell him he looks like he is losing too, maybe ease a door open for him to talk of it on his own.

I went through this. First don't give up. Your body will readjust itself and eventually lose it. You can't eat less and always gain. I have had to pick up my water intake, which is difficult for me lately and keep an eye on the sodium, but no fear, if you are tracking everything you will win!

I plan on remaining here to maintain, keeping track of what I am doing and any weight gain or loss. I want to float 5 lbs within my goal weight.

Agreed. Get your thoughts in line now so that when you are 47 you aren't still fighting it. This is a wonderful journey to get our bodies to its maximum benefits, in looks, energy and health. Do not look back. Win in the end!

It will work itself out, I am on one of those bouts myself, fluctuating 3 pounds, and I have consistently lost 2 to 3 pounds a week except for these last two weeks. I have heard that water is the key, I am not good at pushing my water intake. Like you I stay well within the calories and I exercise daily, hang in there…

Thanks!!

The alternative..Not exercising, not eating right leads to a body destruction and self loathing, not a chance I will want to leep that lifestyle up.

So far I have lost 35 Pounds usin no weights or gym. I walk, have occassionally used the wii fit, but really watch tv and walk or jog in place or used dvds, I have no tile to get to the gym and feel it is a waste of my time and money. I feel confident in what I am doing right here at home.
