Only get in line if you are finished shopping, it does not mean your friend gets to come up and piggyback her purchase behind your purchase just because you came into the store together.

if you haven't ran on a beach before, it is totally different than you imagined. If you run near the shore line the sand is more packed down and a little easier. Personally I find a shoe will hold the arch where it needs to be but it boils down to preference. I would recommend trying it out before you do a full run to see…

I have gained 8 since the beginning of summer and really need this challenge to stay on track! I am all in 100%! So: Starting weight: 185.5 Goal weight 145! That would put me 20 from where I want to finish! I plan on exercising an hour a day, 6 days a week. I also will maintain 1400 calories!!

I wouldn't worry about weight but toning. That will do the trick for you. Fantastic job by the way!!

•Initial weight loss is largely due to loss of water, and you need to drink an adequate amount of water in order to avoid dehydration. •The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-burning process. •Burning calories creates toxins…

I can always find something 'unsalad' on the menu and there has been times that when I order and get a healthy meal that my friends wish they ordered what I did. I don't let it get to me. You are associating food with socializing. That's the issue. They could care what you order but you have a negative outlook on dieting.…

I do the boxing and wii fitness plus, and yes, its what I used to lose my weight with so far. Enjoy!

Just keep with it, you will lose it. You had a good los and you do gain a little before and during your cycle, give it a week and you may see a significant change.

Starvation diets work to lose weight quickly but you can't maintain it and you gain it back quickly and is very unhealthy. Your body has needs and in the long run, you have only endangered your health.
-
You are removing the fiber which breaks down the sugars so it can bee very unhealthy, especially if you are on the edge of diabetes.

Girl friend, lets not even discuss weight, lets discuss health. What do you want to teach your child. Why is it okay to treat yourself with food that is non nutritional and down right dangerous to your health. Take it from a diebetic.

You may need to be drinking more. Sometimes this happens but in a day you will be right back to where you were.
-
Feel free to add me. 39 lbs lost 50 more to go!

Sometimes you will yo-yo. Don't get discouraged. Make sure you weigh in the same time when you do weigh in, I do it in the morning. Also look for Non scale victories as well as weight. This is a life time style, not a diet. A diet is for someone who wants to deprive herself, we want to give ourselves a good life, thus a…

I love bagels and found that there is a bagel thin out there, perfect for my mornings, I vary that with eggs. I also love a variety of wraps. I even have found to keep my protein down I will make just a veggie wrap and you can do so many different ways with these, fresh spinach instead of lettuce, dsifferent light…

There is a kettle corn flavoring to sprinkle on popcorn, the mini rice cakes (100 calories per serving) with chocolate drizzled on them, sugar free fudge bars that are only 40 calories each, and you can always get the chocolate granola bars that are tasy and low calorie.

I agree, you don't have to eat it all back, but you can eat at least half.
-
Its such a better place to be, I know I never realized how good this would feel when I first started!
-
I have ate some of mine back. You are basing your calorie intake upon your activity level, when you burn more you get to add those to your intake calories because it was not calculated in earlier. Its bonus, sometimes you will need them. I have eaten most of mine back regularly and have lost 39 pounds.
-
Foodie, not true., You are basing your calorie intake upon your activity level, so whe you exercise, you really need to increase your eating to maintain tthe maximum calories you should eat to LOSE weight, too low and your body suffers. I have lost 39 pounds eating back my calories. So I am proof it works, so are a few of…
