Hi,

I've been on MFP for about six weeks. I always said I would never count calories but decided to do so for a month out of curiosity. I am convinced that I eat mostly a healthy, balanced diet. I am very interested in nutrition and health. I ALWAYS finish all my vegetables first :-) I don't eat 100% 'clean' BUT the fact that my weight has maintained exactly for the past 6 weeks proves to me once again, it's not the food but I need to burn calories. My PT told me I might even not be eating enough.

So I HAVE to do of lot cardio to burn this fat, which is really challenging for me as I have very low energy. I also have cardiomyopathy but it's completely under control. My weight gain began after some health issues in 1997 and I have slowly put on weight every year - 10 kilos / 20 lbs in the last 3,5 (!!)

I'd like to have more like-minded friends on here who are serious about their weight loss. Please feel free to add me so we can support each other.
