  • Jillian Michaels is excellent for body strength and circuit training but she has never been keen on weights. CrossFit will give you that balence of learning weight training.
  • Is it generally recommended for people who are in intermediate/advanced shape/ and for athletes. Since you have done 30DS you should progressed conditioning wise. It is still a hard workout even for the fittest person. My suggestion is do the first 20 minutes of the workout before you jump into 45 minutes of it. Better yet…
