  • Everyone needs to start somewhere.. and if you cry- then you cry. When I lift I feel like an idiot. And sometimes I've even cried in the weight room. But I LOVE it. No one is looking at me. And no one is looking at you. tell your insecurities to "shut up please." and go lift something!
