Everyone needs to start somewhere.. and if you cry- then you cry. When I lift I feel like an idiot. And sometimes I've even cried in the weight room. But I LOVE it. No one is looking at me. And no one is looking at you. tell your insecurities to "shut up please." and go lift something!

I'm am an obese person too who had trouble getting into the swing of things. I am an avid "worker outer" now. My experience was this: Move. That's all. Just move. Take 2 steps extra.
