Hello Group: I am going to stick to keep net calories at 1200; exercise (cardio) a minimum of 4 days a week, drink minimum of 64oz water daily, eat more protein and less carbs and limit sugar.

Will you take an old lady? LOL! I am 48, 5'1"" and 160 pounds. I have gained 30lbs over the past 5 years - boo!!! Heading to Italy in May and need to get this weight off!!! Please add me.

Thank you for the tips. My goal is to lose at least 2 pounds before I weigh in next week. I will definitely add more protein.
