I have been on MPF for over a year and stopped tracking this summer...and gained 10lbs. So I am back and trying to lose 10-15lbs by Christmas. I am looking for few friends and new motivators! I'd love to help :)

I try to work out 4 days during M-F and then 1 if not 2 weekend days. I always find it hard to work on Friday nights and Saturdays for some reason. I usually go for jogs, but sometimes I'll do a 10min jump rope workout followed by a zumba video, although I hate working out inside. What keeps me motivated..hmmm..looking…

thanks! I just did it for 10 minutes in 30 second intervals while still marching in place during the "breaks". It was actually kind of fun! A great, quick workout.

You have to try and not rely on the number so much. I know it sucks. I have a size 8 jeans and size 10, both are the same brand and both fit perfectly. Makes no sense! It all depends on the cut and style of the pant. Whichever flatters your body the best, just go with that...not the size!
